Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: October 22, 2026
Your team, your responsibility. Use Fluf for lawful work on accounts, devices and information you have permission to access. This policy applies to your use of the app, connected bots and Fluf account services.
Do not use Fluf to
- Break the law or help someone commit fraud, theft or other unlawful activity.
- Access systems without permission, steal credentials, deliver malware or bypass security controls.
- Send spam, deceptive messages, phishing or impersonation intended to mislead.
- Harass, threaten or exploit people, or produce or distribute child sexual abuse material.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
- Evade provider restrictions, usage limits, sanctions or authentication requirements.
- Disrupt Fluf or another service, or interfere with another person’s work or data.
Give bots appropriate access
Keep permissions proportionate to the job. Check accounts and recipients before authorising an action. Respect app policies and owner-presence requirements. A bot’s suggestion is not evidence that you have permission to act.
Follow the terms and content rules of the model providers, websites, messaging services and tools you connect. If a provider refuses an action, do not use another connection to bypass a restriction you are required to follow.
Report and resolve
Report suspected abuse or a security issue to hello@fluf.bot. Include enough non-secret information for us to investigate. Do not send passwords, keys or illegal material itself.
We may restrict account services when needed to address a serious breach, legal obligation or immediate security risk. Where practicable and lawful, we explain the action and how to seek review. These measures follow the Terms.
