What does my Fluf payment cover?
The app. Every bot, every feature in your plan, for one flat price. Model usage is billed by the provider connected to each bot.
Am I paying for AI twice?
No. Fluf charges for the app. Your provider bills your model usage directly, and Fluf adds no markup on top.
What can I do on Free?
Everything. Set up as many businesses, bots and AI accounts as you like and explore the whole app. Free runs 2 businesses, 6 bots, 6 routines, 1 sign-in and 1 API key per AI provider (custom and local model endpoints count like API keys), and chat apps on 1 bot, which can pass work to your whole team. Go past that and Fluf asks you to upgrade right at that moment.
Can I use Claude Code or Codex?
Yes. Fluf runs your installed Claude Code or Codex, signed in with your own login, and the app's own terms and limits apply. Or add an API key for any provider.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Try Pro for 14 days without entering a card.
What happens after the trial?
Upgrade to keep Pro. If you don't, you drop to Free and keep your whole team: anything over the Free limits pauses, nothing is deleted, and you choose what stays active. A no-card trial never charges you.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account's billing controls. Paid access runs to the end of the current paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every account gets one 14-day window from its first Pro payment on any plan: ask inside it for a full refund. Email hello@fluf.bot with your account email and receipt. Statutory rights still apply.
