Hire your AI team in five minutes

Install Fluf, meet Pom, connect a model and hand your new team its first real job.

Fluf gives you a team of AI bots that runs on your computer. Pom, your chief of staff, splits the work, the team does it, and you only hear about decisions. Here's the fastest way from download to a finished job.

1. Install Fluf

Grab your build on the download page. Guides: Mac, Windows. Linux is in release testing (how install will work). Open Fluf and sign in.

2. Meet Pom

Pom opens the setup. Tell it your business name and what the business does in one line. That's the brief every bot starts from, so make it real: "Northstar Studio sells Notion templates to freelance designers."

Northstar Studio is a fictional example. Use your own business.

3. Connect a model

Pick the brain:

  • Paste an API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI or OpenRouter. The fastest path.
  • Use my Claude Code or Use my Codex. Fluf runs your installed Claude Code or Codex, signed in with your own login.

Your key stays on this computer. Your provider bills model usage directly; Fluf adds no credits and no markup. Details: Connect your AI.

4. Hire the starter team

Fluf suggests a starting team: Pom as chief of staff, a researcher, a writer and an ops bot. Hire them as they are, or swap any Fluf, rename it and change its model. You can rebuild the team later.

5. Give it something real

Small is fine. Real is better. Try:

"Research my top 5 competitors and summarise how we're different. Link every source. Draft only; don't contact anyone."

Pom breaks the job down and hands pieces to the right bots. Watch it move on Home. Open any bot to see its work side by side with the chat. Read the handoffs between bots in Team.

When the result lands in Inbox › Done, the short version is on top. Anything risky, like sending, spending, deleting or publishing, waits in Needs you for your call.

6. Take the tour

The guided tour walks you through Home, split view, the org chart, Needs you, the Library and usage in ten quick steps. Skip it any time and reopen it from Settings.

Keep the team running

Your bots work while your computer is on and awake. Quit Fluf and local work stops. After sleep or a restart, check unfinished jobs before relying on a result.

Cloud is coming very soon: your bots will run in the cloud with their own computer.
