Memory and skills
Your bots learn your business and turn repeat work into skills. Open the Library to read, fix or delete any of it.
It remembers. You can check. Every bot learns your business, your preferences and how you like things done, and everything it keeps is open to you in the Library.
Teach it once
Tell a bot what matters and ask it to remember: "Remember that our customer emails use British English and short paragraphs." Bots also save what matters as they work. Keep memory for things that stay true; don't save a guess as a fact.
Read it, fix it, delete it
Open Library › Memory to see exactly what each bot remembers. Edit an outdated item, delete what you don't want kept. When a result looks off, check the memory behind it first.
Keep it in the right business
Each business keeps its own memory. A rule for one client stays with that client. Review anything proposed for the wider team before it becomes an instruction for every bot.
Skills that get better with use
When a bot does something twice, it can turn it into a skill: when to use it, what it needs, the steps, and the checks before calling it done. Find them in Library › Skills.
A good weekly-report skill names the source, the date range, the comparison period, the output format and a check against the original numbers, plus what to do when data is missing. Review proposed changes before you rely on the new version.
Find earlier work
Search past sessions when a bot needs an old decision or source. Saved history stays searchable without cramming every old message into the current prompt. Memory and compression keep long work going; you can always open the record and check.
Never put API keys, passwords or recovery codes in memory or skills. Secrets belong in Settings › AI connections.
