Install on Mac
Download Fluf for Mac, get past the first-open prompt once, and grant computer-use permissions.
Download
On the download page, choose the Mac build that matches your machine. Not sure? Apple menu › About This Mac shows Apple silicon or Intel.
Open the disk image, drag Fluf into Applications, and launch it from there.
First open
If macOS asks, open System Settings › Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway next to Fluf. You only do this once. Only approve a copy you downloaded from the official download page, and never switch off Gatekeeper to install anything.
Computer-use permissions
Computer use needs a couple of macOS permissions, usually Accessibility and Screen Recording. Settings › Computer links straight to each one. Grant what the setup asks for; nothing more.
If macOS asks you to relaunch after a permission change, finish or stop active work first. After a macOS update, check Settings › Computer shows ready.
Updates and removal
Fluf updates itself: install the update when it's offered. To remove it, quit Fluf and move it to the Bin. Removing the app, deleting your local bot data and cancelling a paid plan are three separate things; back up anything you need first.
